nurseitdesigns@gmail.comOn the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email address you signed up with. You'll get a reset link by email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll help.
Open the menu in the app and tap Delete account at the bottom of the sidebar. This permanently removes your account and all of your study progress. If you'd rather we did it for you, email us from the address on your account and we'll action it.
Progress is tied to your account, so first check you're signed in with the same email you normally use. If you're signed in and progress is still missing, email us with your account email and roughly when you last saw it — we can look into it.

Study content is available without a connection once the app has loaded. Syncing your progress across devices, signing in and opening source links all need an internet connection.
No. ClinicalMind is free to use and has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
ClinicalMind is a revision aid for nursing students. It is not a clinical decision-making tool and it does not give medical advice. Always follow your employer's protocols, current published guidance and the direction of your clinical supervisors when caring for patients.
If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, do not use this app. In the UK call 999 for an emergency or 111 for urgent advice. Elsewhere, call your local emergency number.
Our privacy policy and terms of service are available inside the app under Privacy and Terms in the menu. For any question about the data we hold on you, email nurseitdesigns@gmail.com.
